Return Policy

Since our business focuses on custom manufacturing and exports, our return and replacement policy is specifically designed to address issues such as manufacturing defects, incorrect products, or damage during shipment.
Custom Orders
All of our products are custom-made based on the client’s chosen design, branding, and size requirements. Because each item is produced to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the order has been approved and production has begun. To avoid any issues, we strongly encourage clients to carefully review all digital proofs, samples, and details before confirming their final order.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect or differs from the approved sample or agreed specifications, you must notify us within seven days of receiving your shipment. Our quality team will review the issue and may request photos or videos for verification. Once the claim is confirmed, we will resolve the matter by offering a replacement, repair, or partial refund depending on the nature of the problem. All claims must be made within the stated timeframe and include sufficient evidence of the issue.
Shipping Damage
In the rare event that products are damaged during transportation, it is important to report the issue immediately upon delivery. Please keep the original packaging intact and provide clear photographs of both the outer box and the damaged items. We will work closely with our logistics partners to investigate the incident and arrange a suitable replacement or compensation once the damage is verified.
Sample Orders
Samples are produced for the purpose of quality verification before mass production. As these are made to order and customized, sample purchases are non-refundable. However, if a sample arrives damaged or does not match the confirmed specifications, we will remake it at no additional cost once the issue has been reviewed and approved.
Return Process
If your request for a return or replacement is approved, our customer service team will guide you through the process step by step. Items should not be sent back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Refunds
